Do Nordic Concepts products come fully assembled?
All products come in a kit set form.
What materials are used to construct our products?
Nordic Concepts products are made from spruce.
What kind of delivery time can I expect?
If the product is in stock it will be delivered as soon as possible.

If the product is a pre-order from the factory in Europe our team will keep you informed every step of the journey. Delivery time is dependent on shipping and manufacturing. This is generally 16-20 weeks from placing a deposit.
Do Nordic Concepts products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nordic Concepts products have a 1-year warranty. We have been in business for over five years and have products all over New Zealand in both backyards and commercial spaces.
What maintenance does the timber need?
Nordic Concepts products are made of Spruce. As wood is a natural material it will require a little attention but nothing more than a fresh coat of oil every 1-2 years.

Are there any special set-up instructions?
We supply all the information required to set up your new Nordic Concepts product at the time of purchasing and are always available to talk you through the process.
Where is the best placement for a Nordic Concepts product?
Hot Tubs and Saunas are great next to swimming pools. Pods, barrels and Grill Cabins are fantastic in bush or gardens. It really depends on your site. The only consideration is to have a concrete pad, solid deck or floor as a foundation.
How do I empty the Hot Tub?
A drain fitting is located on the bottom of the tub. Connected to this drain fitting is a hose with a valve. Your garden hose can connect to the valve for easy draining. The water is safe to drain onto your garden as there are no chemicals used in our Hot Tubs.

All purchases made via our website will not include shipping. This cost will be calculated based on your location, order size, and preferred freight supplier.
